World Mental Health Day
The Coastal Collective works with families across the Fylde Coast. We are very aware of how important it is that children and their carers are able to access the support they need for their Mental Health and Wellbeing.
On the 10th October 2024 The Coastal Collective will be wearing Yellow to raise awareness of mental health. We would be very grateful if you could join us and ‘Be Proud and Wear Yellow’.
Help us to show the young children in our community that we are working together to support them when they need it most.
Story
This Hello Yellow we will join thousands of individuals, schools and communities across the country to raise money and show young people that they’re not alone with their mental health.
Right now, less than 1 in 3 young people with a mental health condition are getting access to NHS care and treatment. This isn’t good enough and things need to change.
By wearing yellow on World Mental Health Day (10 October), and donating what you can, you can show young people that they are not alone and that things can get better.
Wear it loud. Wear it proud.
